Cheddar Jalapeño Beer Bread Biscuits | Swap out those plain biscuits with these Beer Bread Biscuits! Not to mention, 85% of Tastefully Simple’s products are clean label! -1 (19oz) box Tastefully Simple Bountiful Beer Bread Mix -2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for garnish -2 jalapeños, finely diced -12oz beer Preheat your oven to 375° In a large mixing bowl, add the beer bread mix, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños. Mix until fully combined. Pour in the beer, and lightly mix until just combined (about 20 seconds). You don’t want to over mix. Spray the inside of a cupcake tin with non-stick spray. Then add a scoop of batter to each tin, followed by a sprinkle of cheddar and jalapeño. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Once done, remove the biscuits from the oven and allow them to cool.
