This is just simply NUTS! It might not be for everyone, but it works for a lot of people and I have seen it with my own 2 eyes.
I've had major weight fluctuations ever since my first pregnancy years ago.
Prior to becoming pregnant I was tiny. At the end of that pregnancy… not so much!
Now that I'm a mom, things are different. I am still not where I want to be physically.
I started a routine and worked my butt off in the gym, counting calories, drinking nothing but water, working out some more, cutting more calories, etc.
I was literally working out every single morning for an hour jogging on treadmills, using the elliptical, lifting weights, doing squats, etc.
IT WAS HARD!! It was working for a little bit, but the second I stopped working out, my weight slowly started to creep back up....
And to be honest, working out every single day is not a sustainable way for me to live.
I would lose a couple lbs. then I would gain it back quickly, and so on. I was soooo upset with the way that I looked and felt.
A lady I work with had just started doing a simple morning ritual and talked me into trying it as well.
So I gave it a shot and now my husband keeps asking me what has changed!!! 🙂
