We love hearing your stories, even if sometimes they move us to tears.. One story we heard recently was particularly powerful, we felt it worth sharing.. It was a story from a woman about her baby sister’s beautiful wedding. Her father, who was battling with ill health, realised that he may not be around to see ‘his baby girl get married to the love of her life’. We will let her tell the rest of the story, as she tells it better than we ever could.. “He took me aside one day and told me he wanted to get something for Emma for her wedding day so she knew he’d always be with her. On searching, we found “Las mo Shlí”. It was perfect. We bought the most beautiful pendant with a shining light from dad. Unfortunately Dad passed away in June 2020 and the wedding was rescheduled for August 2021. A few weeks before the wedding we presented Emma with the pendant. It was a very emotional moment. She proudly wore the pendant as she walked down the aisle. After the ceremony, a guest asked her what was around her neck. She showed them her pendant, and the guest said that the diamond was shining throughout the entire ceremony. Dad was showing us he was by her side, he was lighting her way.
